Portfolio Partners

Independent expertise. Collective capability.

A network of trusted independent consultants — each a specialist in their own right — who collaborate with Gradient Energy Advisory when projects demand a broader team.

The energy industry's most complex challenges rarely fit neatly inside one discipline. Commercial structuring, regulatory navigation, reservoir engineering, Indigenous engagement, environmental permitting, financial modelling — real projects require real depth across multiple domains simultaneously.

Gradient Energy Advisory has built relationships with a select group of independent consultants who share the same commitment to rigour, integrity, and client outcomes. Each operates independently and brings their own client relationships. Together, we can assemble project teams that punch well above our individual weight.

Clients are welcome to engage any of us directly for individual services — and to request the full network for larger mandates where integrated expertise creates the most value.

How portfolio partnerships work
  • Each consultant is fully independent — separate practice, separate clients
  • Any of us can be engaged individually for work within our specialty
  • For larger or multi-disciplinary projects, we assemble the right team from the network
  • No overhead, no bureaucracy — senior experts on every file
  • Collaboration is driven by client need, not organizational structure
